Once we know more about you, we’ll make recommendations for the best opportunities available, which in some cases might be for you to discuss your concerns with your current employer to agree an outcome that works for both.
4. boost your cv
We’ll help you upgrade your CV to ensure you stand out from the crowd. We also suggest you create a 60-second Video CV to add personality and help potential employers review your profile more efficiently.
5. interview time
We can support you through the interview process too, by helping you prepare with role plays, tips and coaching to boost your appeal.
6. job offers
When an offer comes, we’ll go through all the details with you to ensure it’s up to scratch. We also see a lot of candidates who receive counter offers from their current employer, so we can help you make an informed decision.
7. ongoing support
We don’t leave you there! We’ll continue to support you through your notice period and your induction period in your new role – making sure you’ve made the right decision and that you’re settling in well.
